Dudley Joiner took several retirement sites right to manage which were subsequently managed by his Team Property Management company, that has gone bust

Dudley Joiner’s Team Property Management went bust owing £635,958.61, according to the liquidator’s report (below).

His company the Right To Manage Federation Limited, which is not a federation but a private facilitator of right to manage applications, is still trading.

Dudley Joiner informed told LKP in 2015 that being disqualified as a company director for seven years has “no relevance to my current activity”.

The ban was imposed between 1993 and 2000 in the Chancery Division of the High Court following an action by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.

In the ruling, Judge Edward Evans-Lombe described Mr Joiner as “markedly cavalier” with other people’s money.

In October 2017, Sir Peter Bottomley named Mr Joiner in the House of Commons and on the same occasion invited Roger Southam, the former chairman of the Leasehold Advisory Service to retire (which he did).

    Whilst acknowledging the Right to Manage Federation has had some successes in carrying out Right to Manage actions. About Firstport has in the past expressed their concerns about their director Dudley Joiner.

    We warned in 1993 Mr Joiner had been banned from being a director for 7 years and his companies had a history of being liquidated.

    Now we have discovered his management company Team Property Management has gone belly up with debts of £635,000.
