When is someone going to look into Grange Property Management?
They take ALL of any pension increase year on year.
There are 70 flats at Bexhill. £207 pm: £47 increase in three years.
There are 70 flats, several two-bed flats which pay more. It doesn’t take a genius to work out their annual take.
They say the buildings have not been maintained, therefore we should have ample monies in the kitty.
But, evidently not. Management took a huge pay hike the year before last, including the manager whose work description shrinks daily.
We also have a totally ineffective self-elected RA the chairman, who is actually a tenant not a lessee or shareholder.
